Allegro - Tip of the week: Using the Delete by Rectangle command

There is a quick and easy way to cut through several tracks at once. Use the “Delete by Rectangle” command to make a window cut in a group of clines. Access the command from Manufacture > Drafting > Delete By Rectangle.

Follow the instructions in the Command Window:

  1. First, select the objects to cut.
  2. Choose the upper-left corner of the cutting window.
  3. Choose the lower-right corner of the cutting window.
