What is the best method for High speed signal's length matching (intra pair)

what is the best length matching strategy for intra pair of  high speed signals having more that 32+ gbps speed

mentioning some method Ihave seen in some high speed designs

*saw tooth length for P and N
*trombone length matching for P and N
*adjusting the trace entry from via/ pin and matching the length
