SPB17.2 PCB Designer software err. I can't open visibility

When I try to turn on the visibility option in PCB Designer software, I get the error popup below. I have reinstalled the software and the error is still there. would you help me with this problem?

Hi! This can be caused by many reasons. Have you tried the usual suspects?:

- start allegro in safe mode

- start allegro with -noopengl option

- delete your pcbenv folder and then start allegro

Also update the hotfix SPB 17.2 S083 as you are running on P028
