Is there a way to fix the target net in propagation delay?

I set clock nets as targets in relative propagation delay work sheet.

While reviewing, the target nets changed. Is there a way to fix the target?

    Delta refers to how much length to add or subtract from the target length.

    If I have a trace from a pin to say a pullup resistor that I do not want included in the length value, the delta would be the length of the trace to exclude it (positive value). It's a little confusing, you are actually increasing the target length of that particular net. This is an alternate to creating pin pairs and a net schedule. Tolerance is +/- the target length.
