Etch Length By Pin Pair Report includes pin_delay(s)

I have noticed that the "Etch Length By Pin Pair Report" seems to included the pin_delay for each pin.  .  I did not expect a report called "etch length" to included pin delays (that are not "etch"), so it took a while to figure that out that this was the reason for a difference between the sum of the cline lengths and the "etch length" report.

I thought this lack of knowledge was just my unfamiliarity with the Allegro Constraints... However, the designer at our layout shop was not aware of this; he specifically thought that the etch length reports did not included pin delays.

Where am I missing this in the documentation?  Is there somewhere in the documentation that indicates that the etch length reports include the pin delays?  Or is this just obvious to most designers?

I have not tried this, but I assume this is enabled/disabled by Setup -> Constraints -> Modes -> Electrical -> Pin Delay "Include in all Propagation Delays and in Differential Pair Phase checks" option.  Is that correct?

(Using Allegro 2022, PCB Designer 17.4)

Thanks!
