Artwork and NC Drill scaling mismatch

The scaling of NC drill does not match the scaling of other layers artwork. NC drill size looks bigger than the artwork in gerber viewer. What settings I need to change to match scaling of NC Drill with the Artwork?

The issue is with the Gerber viewer misinterpreting the drill data format. For example, you may have exported the drill data as 2.4, two integer places and 4 decimal places but the Gerber viewer is interpreting this as 3.3, effectively 10 times larger. Gerber viewers typically have a way to override the default settings for the drill data import so that the correct format can be set.
