Allegro 17.4.030 Hangs after Launch on Windows 10.

For whatever reason, this issue started after I tried to import an Eagle design. What I see and what I've tried:

The edit screen appears and then all I see is the little spinning circle.
I -can- launch the program in safe mode
I've reset the license cache.
I've updated my graphics drivers
I've rebooted my computer
I've verified that my antivirus software hasn't quarantined any of the files from my C:\Cadence\SPB_17.4\tools\bin folder.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I'm having similar issue once I upgraded to 17.4.030 Allegro Hangs after launch. Customer support tried to fix the problem checking all things on my laptop with no luck.

I upgraded to 031 and 032 with same issue. It only works in safe mode.

My ticket 74745 is still open for 2 months now.

Did you find the solution for your issue?

Once I upgraded to new version 2022 problem solved.

    Looks fishy to me!
