Heads up Display

I'm trying to route some differential pairs in Allegro 17.4 and want to ensure my phase error is less than the specified MAX. Everything I'm reading and seeing online refers to a heads up display that shows my trace length differences as I route my net pair but I'm not seeing this. I'm also not seeing a dynamic phase column in the Electrical tab of the constraint manager. Do I need an add-on to do these things or have I failed to enable something?

Do you have the high-speed rules option checked out?

I'm not sure where that is - here's what I do have:

    1) In my Design Workflow - Timing window, both Delay Tune and Timing Tune are greyed out.

    2) Under my Design Parameters - Route tab, I have a Delay Tune option that lets me set the style and allow DRCs

    3)  And, under Analysis Modes - Electrical, All Differential Pair Checks is ON
