PCB Designer Pro 17.4 crashes when I try to open 3D Canvas

I have created a simple design in OrCAD PCB Editor Professional 17.4. When I try to open 3D Canvas the tool crashes. I have tried reducing the 3D Canvas settings to no avail.

I did not create this design from scratch - I started with an existing design and made significant changes. Perhaps something leftover from the original design is creating a conflict of some sort.

Any suggestions? This is blocking my project.

Thanks - Jason

I am no longer having this problem. There were some keepout areas and flex bend areas from the original design that were outside of the board outline for the new version, so perhaps some part of that was causing the problem.
