stacking micro via over buried via

Anyone please help me on this. 

I have given micro via buried via stacking on my board. 

whether micro via stacking over buried via will cause any reliability issue? is it not recommended to do this this method ?

    stacking a via over a via is prone to cause issues such as cracks on the bottom side of the via. to prevent this issue, u may need to create several test vihecle designs with various via and catch pad sizes to see which is the best without having any issues on reliability tests. the designs can be simulated as a mechanical model or actually manufacured and gone thru the reliability tests.
