max file to board file conversion

I am using Allegro PCB Designer version 17.4.

when i am converting .max file to .brd file i am unable to see the refdes.

Please help me out with an appropriate solution.

    Did you try turning ON all the layers in brd file after translation. You may like to check the translator log file if it missed out translating something from source max file.
