Allegro PCB Router quit unexpectedly with an exit code of 1

Hello,

When I try Route --> PCB Router --> Route automatic, I am getting

Allegro PCB Editor quit unexpectedly with an exit code of 1. Please verify that you are running SPECCTRA version V9.0 or later.

How I can repair this? The specftra log says I dont have license, but I have it.

You can check LM_LICENSE_FILE and CDS_LIC_FILE variables and if both are pointing to different servers, set CDS_LIC_ONLY = TRUE, this will make most of the Cadence applications to look at the license servers defined in the CDS_LIC_FILE environment variable.

Hello mahimag, thank you for you support.

I haven´t LM_LICENSE_FILE variable in system variables (this is OK?). I have CDS_LIC_FILE and CDS_LIC_ONLY = 1 (I have changed 1 to TRUE, with the same result).

    Where can I see LM_LICENSE_FILE?.

    Regards.

Hello Jartigas, if the variable LM_LICENSE_FILE is not set then it is ok, I wanted to check this in order to make sure that it is not pointing to any non-Cadence license servers. Are you faicng the issue? If yes, can you share the license you are using to run AutoRouter?

Hello Jartigas , can you try to remove the special character "-" in name of design and design location

For example, In the below location and name, AE-3660 has "-" as special character.

    C:/Users/jartigas/Desktop/AE-3660/allegro\ae-3660.dsn
