How to manage copper thickness + plating in STACK-UP by DFM Wizard?

Hello everyone,

Right now is possible only to add base copper + copper plating in STACK-UP.

If I use the DFM True Wizard to work properly I only need the base cooper thickness in STACK-UP. The issue is that DFM wizard only takes the value from the STACK-UP which is not correct since it is base cooper+ copper plating.

If i add plating in the external cooper DFM Wizard automatically assigns a wrong value following the total thickness defined (copper + plating) not only the base copper.

How to manage copper thickness + plating in STACK-UP by DFM True Wizard?

Thank you in advance.

Best Regard,

Sorin

If you have access to COS, there is a documenta called "Modifying DesignTrue DFM Wizard Templates" that might have what you are looking for

    Hi Sorin,

This is currently a limitation of the tool. There is already an enhancement CCR in place for it.
