Change Ratnest Color without Changing Net Color

Hi,

I was just wondering if there is any way to change the color of just the ratnest of a net without changing the color of the actual copper of the net.  For example, if I have a bunch of signals breaking out from multiple headers, would there be a way of coloring JUST the ratsnests of all the nets of one of the headers to blue, all the ratsnests of all the signals of another header red, and so on while still retaining the native coloring of the copper based on what layer its on.

I know that you can set the color of the net overall but when you do that you lose the ability to easily see what layer the copper is on.  If you could just color the ratnests, you could still gauge what layer the copper is on while having the added benefit of seeing how the nets crossover with the different ratsnest color schemes.

The picture below illustrates what I am talking about--if you could just color the ratsnests then all the traces here would still be the native green while the ratsnests would be blue and red accordingly to show how the signals would overlap as a group.

Thanks,

Alex S

Look at Display - Color Visibility (or Setup - Colors in OrCAD) then the Display tab for just rats top-top. top-bottom and bottom-bottom. You can also look at the Nets tab and for each specific net just set the color for Rat.

Perfect, exactly what I was looking for!  Thanks!  And I thought I was finally getting a handle on Allegro but it still has some secrets for me, haha.
