alias command for object find filter to select symbol or text

Hello,

In the 17.4 Allegro PCB editor, I like to make a alias keyboard hot key shortcut to go in the Object Find Filter to select the symbols or the text.

Is there a command for that? The ultimate goal is select to move or rotate either the symbol or the text

Thank you.

Hi, yes this possible with the use of alias/funckey

I use the following funckey (cp) to toggle the "Pins" option on/off:

funckey cp "settoggle pintoggle YES NO; setwindow form.find; FORM find pins $pintoggle"

You could do something similar for your needs.

Below is an alias I developed when 17.x came out with the new command format that clears the selection set & then enables symbols & text:

alias snst (axlSetFindFilter ?enabled list("noall" "symbols" "text" ) ?onButtons list("noall" "symbols" "text"))
