SPMHDB 238 & SPMHGE 7 when saving .dra files

I have an issue when trying to save .dra files. I get a mix between the 2 errors. I am able to save the actual .dra file, but the error happens when trying to save the related files (.psm, .osm). It seems like the .dra file is saved first, then fails to open the file and produces the error message. Can anyone give me more detail about the error messages, and perhaps any suggestions to try?

Try running a Tools - Database Check on the drawing file first and see if that reports / fixes any issues. Then try and save again.
