How to create masklayersitefile.xml file? I do not know what needs to be in the file. I have attached a picture of how Cadence has it.

Data in this file tends to be very customer specific. Hence, Cadence does not supply this file with the installation. However, it is very simple to create your own. Invoke the Cross-section Editor dialog through Setup > Cross-section.

Now, select Edit from the menu bar at the top of the dialog and choose Site File in the dropdown list.

If the masklayersitefile.xml file does not yet exist, a dialog will display indicating which directories were searched. The materialpath variable is used to define potential locations. Click OK on the informer dialog. This will launch the Mask Layer Subclass site file editor. Using this editor, click on the Add button and you can start creating your own masklayersitefile.xml file. Choosing the Save As button lets you save the file to the location of your choice.
