How to display top and bottom pads through inner layers?

Hello, 
 
 Whenever I display inner layers, the pads in top and bottom layers cannot be seen. How can I fix this?

Hi, 
 It looks like Layer GND1 is a Negative Plane so you are seeing the Anti-Pad and Thermal openings in the Shape, which are blocking out the Top and Bottom Pads. 
 If you disable Thermal pads under Design Parameters > Display Tab ( Setup > Design Parameters ) you will see Top and Bottom pads again. I normally enable Thermal Pads when I am reviewing Negative Planes only and leave it off most of the time.
