Firstly make sure you are running the latest version of software (17.4-2019 S037 or 22.1-2022 S005) because there may have been improvements in the graphics performance in a hotfix release. If that doesn't help close Allegro and add a new Computer Environment Variable (Control Panel - System - Advanced System Settings - Environment Variables) Variable name ALLEGRO_HIGH_DPI_ENABLED with a value of 1. Once Confirmed restart Allegro and see if that helps.

    Hi yu88,

ALLEGRO_HIGH_DPI_ENABLED is a Windows environment variable that is set to 1 in machines that use high resolution displays (4K dispalys). However, this mostly solve issues with forms that are clipped. Your issue seems to be more related to fontsize, like you mention in your following post. Did changing the font size solve the issue completely?

Did you reinstall windows or a new machine?   [Windows Button] Display settings>  Scale and Layout>  increase that maybe?
