Via shape fill

Edit slide getting closed over 2 years ago

Hi,

Need connect shape but via area not connecting. Please help on this. Dimension in mm.

You have two options, 1 reposition the vias to allow the shape to pour through the space or 2 reduce the via - shape spacing rule to allow the copper to flood the area.

Not possible to move via because BGA package.
Option 2 where to change?

Constraint Manager - Spacing. You could add a Constraint Region (Rules by Area) to drive just this section or update the default rule of via to shape. Look at YouTube channel parsyseda which have videos covering this type of setup.
