Allegro to Altium Transfer

Lately I have been encouraged to interface with Altium.  It seams Altium is pushing into my Client base. I'm trying to incorporate
Allegro into an Altium design process.  At this point I have not been able to go front to back with a Layout.   I can Import/Translate to Allegro,
Create a complete design, but the Altium Wizard will not accept the this '.brd'  file.   I can Translate a native Allegro file to Altium but
not one that has been translated to Allegro.   I'm looking for feedback from someone that has done this process.

    Hi gchrisdesign.

Just to see if I understood your query correctly ... you want to go Altium -> Allegro, work on the design and then Allegro -> Altium. Is that what you're looking for?
