Align Vias in OrCAD PCB Designer Professional 22.1

I am trying to align vias on my layout and I have searched google and tried the options there but it seems the options that are suggested are not available on 22.1 version of the software (or I am just missing it). I have checked Route -> Resize/Respace but the only options I have there is "Spread Between Voids" and "Via-Via Line Flattening...". I have tried "align via" in the command prompt and it said the command is not found. I try going to Placement Edit as I would to align components but I can't select vias as an option.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I have the 'Allegro PCB Designer' license & my Route->Resize/Respace menu has 'Align Vias' at the bottom, it runs the 'via align' command
