Footprints graphics is missing when trying to place components after importing a netlist

I created a simple test design in Capture CIS 17.4. When I import its netlist into OrCAD PCB and try to do manual placement I can't see any footprints in Quickview. However, the footprints are visible In Capture if I right-click on a component and select Show Footprint. The psmpath and padpath in OrCAD PCB settings seem to have correct paths to the footprints libraries. What am I missing? Thanks.

Please ignore. The problem was a missing padstack.
