    I don't think Cadence saves the last refresh date within the symdef info, so I think you are on your own with this request...

    did u set up autosave?

    if so, u can search the old dra files in a local directory.

    for my case, each time i save a dra file, it creates a copy as shown below.

    sorry, i just to want to confirm  if the all symbols in the pcb are consistent with the lib.

    maybe, some symbols in the lib has been modified.
