Constrain manager Required and Actual Values

Hi All!

First time using Orcad Capture/PCB Editor here from Altium Design. I am trying to set up the CM and one of the DRCs I am dealing with now is same net spacing. In the example below, it's pin to thru via same net spacing. I have set in CM so that the Required is "0 mm" and it does reflect it. I have done DRC update but it doesn't do anything. Anything I'm missing here? note that the actual drill hole won't be hitting the pins. idk if that is relevant.

Many Thanks!

The value for "no check es not "0" but "-1"

Be aware to use such value only in an area creted specilly for this.

Other solution: waive the drc and comment it to explain the decision
