Multi-drill patterns in Padstack Editor are now driven by drill pitch

Until now, the multi-drills defined in Padstack Editor were driven by Clearance between columns and Clearance between rows, as shown in the following image:

Starting SPB 23.1, defining a multi-drill is driven by the drill pitch and not by the spacing between drills. So, it requires entering a spacing value that meets pitch requirements.

In this release, new options are added to let you add pitch values for rows and columns. After entering the values for Pitch between columns and Pitch between rows, the tool calculates the spacing between the columns and rows automatically, as shown in the following image. This saves the time to calculate the spacing between the columns and rows.
