3D step file not exporting properly

I can export a Step file without any problem when I don't add the extra mechanical file (which is not provided in the schematic).

But when I add it, only the bare PCB shows up in the 3d step output. I tried exporting a 3D PDF and it worked fine.

The mechanical file I added is 230Mb in size. I have set the correct Library paths.

Do you know how to fix this issue?

I understand that you are using the 3D canvas to export the step output and the 3D PDF. Can you try exporting step through the File > Export > STEP command and see how it comes?

    Hi TCHA,

Thank you for your previous suggestion regarding the File > Export > STEP command. We revisited the issue and, with the help of my colleague, recreated the error. I have some updates to share.

Symbol representation is set to: Step Model if available, else the Place_Bound Shape.  Symbols without an assigned STEP Model are displayed using the Place_Bound Shape. Creating 3D SOLDERMASK_BOTTOM with default thickness 0.5 mils because SOLDERMASK_BOTTOM is not defined in the cross section. Creating 3D SOLDERMASK_TOP with default thickness 0.5 mils because SOLDERMASK_TOP is not defined in the cross section. Creating 3D SILKSCREEN_TOP with default thickness 0.5 mils because SILKSCREEN_TOP is not defined in the cross section.

I want to mention that I have recently transitioned to another project, and while I cannot directly involve myself in this project, I am collaborating with my colleague to address the issue.

Your continued assistance is highly valued.
