SolderMask Missing

Hi All,

In my design when I am selecting SolderMask - Top under Geometry for both Package and Board Geometry, SolderMask is missing for certain .DRAs that have soldermask defined in padstack editor. I double checked the pad in padstack editor and these pads have solder mask defined for the pads and is also visible in my .DRA file. But when I select Soldermask top for gerber generation artwork they don't seem to appear. 

I am attaching an example of .DRA file

Any help will be appreciated.
