Unable to fins shape symbol path

Edit slide getting closed
Edit slide getting closed over 1 year ago

Hi team,

I have devloped shape symbols (.ssm) for any custom/irregular shapes that will be used in a pad stack.

I am not sure how to update this shape in this library. It would be really nice if some one could put some light on how to include this custom symbol in shape library.

We created name esp but not showing here. Please help any one.

    Hi,

Under the paths in the user preference editor within the PCB editor, you can find the "psmpath" variable. That variable defines the paths of shape symbols which both the PCB editor and the padstack editor uses. You can both use absolute paths and relative paths (relative to the file you have open).

    Hope this helps
