Can anyone explain the difference between IPC2581A, B, C, and 1?

    They're revisions of IPC2581. IPC2581-1 and IPC2581-A are obsolete. IPC2581-B is the most widely used version and IPC2581-C is the latest revision. You can use depending on your manufacturer.  Please check out below link
