netclass members deleted when netlist loaded

Hi,

I am having trouble with a specific schematic from a new customer.  Whenever I regenerate the net list and load it into Allegro, it deletes all of my single-ended net members in my net classes in the constraint manager.  It does not delete any diff pair members of the net class.  Is there a way to disable what is writing over my net classes?  There are no special constraints that I am able to find in the schematic.

Is there a way to disable the constraint manager on the schematic?

Thanks for any advice.

Perhaps you can try checking this option to see if it can solve the problem?
