You can control DRC options through toggling the constraints in Constraint Manager -> Analyze -> Analysis mode or Setup -> Constraints -> Modes. Coming to your enabling DRC for particular layer, you can do it through color visibility tab by turning on DRC of that particular layer

    Hi VVDR ,

    Good day!,

I would like to enable the Design Rule Check (DRC) for a specific aspect. Let's consider an 8-layer design where L3 is designated as the signal layer. This layer has multiple DRC checks such as via-to-via, line-to-line, via-to-line, and vice versa.

However, I want to enable or make visible only the via-to-via error class, while the other error classes should remain hidden.

Additionally, how can I differentiate between the DRC colors for each type of error on the same layer?

Kindly notify me if you require further details.

    Thanks,

    Ram.

You can use Analysis modes to enable or disable any DRCs as shown below.

Use Color Dialog box to change DRC color for each layer.
