Mechanical slot drill data not found in the PCB export drill file

Dear community,

I had created a PCB board with a connector having a mechanical slot, i had exported the drill file from the PCB editor and provided to the manufacture but the manufacture reported that the drill data of the mechanical slot of the connector is missing, any idea why it is missing or am i missing with some steps which i did not perform so that the manufacture is not able to see it?
