unable to open pcb editor and other software in the Cadence PCB Utilities 17.4-2019 & Cadence PCB 17.4-2019

Hello,

Can anyone please help me out how to run the pcb editor file so that i can add footprints and I'm unable to run any software that are in the above mentioned files.

I will attach screenshot for the reference.

Do you see any error when you try to open any of these application?
Also, can you try launching Allegro PCB Editor or any other application from the Start Menu and see if it gets launched from there.

Both the images just show shortcut files. right click on any of these files and select properties this will point where the actual files is on the hard disk

and check whether you can find these files using windows file explorer
