Resolving DRC Errors for Blind Vias on BGA Pads in Allegro

I used a 0.25mm pad size blind via on a BGA pad with a 0.25mm size. I set a 0.1mm B/B stagger clearance in the physical constraints, but I am still getting a DRC error: "Minimum blind/buried via stagger distance top constraint value: 0.1mm, actual value: 0mm." How can I solve this error in Allegro?

    Can you set "pad-to-pad connect" to allow via on pin? You could use a physical constraint region to allow it in a specific area only.

    I believe the location of blind Via and bga pad are overlapped exactly on the same location. In this case you add minimum BB Via Stagger value to 0. This will remove the Minimum blind/buried via stagger distance DRC
