hello

is there a way to have two different kinds of fillets?

a ball or via land size over X um has 60 dgree angle

a ball or via land size below X um has 90 degree angle

the fillet parameter accepts only one kind as shown below.

regards

masa

If you look at the Fillet Options, there are two parameters, Desired angle and Max offset. The 'Desired angle' specifies the maximum angle for the fillet(max value can be 99) and 'Max offset' specifies the maximum distance between the intersection of the pad edge and the connecting line, forming the fillet length.
A larger Desired Angle and a smaller Max Offset create a short fillet. A smaller Desired Angle and larger Max Offset create a long fillet.
So, by tweaking these parameters we can have two different kinds of fillets.
