Importing DFA table

Is there anyway to import .txt or .csv file into Contraint manager ->  Manufacturing -> Design for Assembly -> DFA Constraint Set -> PkgToPkg Spacing ?

I try to import by going to File -> Import ->Worksheet File', but it says 'Worksheet import is not supported for this view'.

I'm able to import file into the legacy DFA table but not in the constraint manager.

Is the DesignTrue DFM Wizard only available in certain licenses ?

I do not see it in my PCB Designer.
