visibility question

hello

i usually turn the dielectrics layers off as my desgins have over 20 layers.

but whenever i open files, the dielectrics layer is alway checked as a default.

is there a way to uncheck the dielectrics layer in the visibility pane all the time as a default?

regards

masa

Try Display - Color/Visibility - Visibility Pane tab and uncheck the Show Dielectrics button.

    thank u steve

yes and no to this solution.

yes while u r working on the design and keep the file open.

no after u close and reopen the file, the dielectric layers show up.

it looks like the dielectrics check box disappers only but the all the dielectrics shows below after the file is reopened.

i would like to keep all the dielectrics undisplayed as shown below even after the file is reopened.

    regards

    masa
