is there a way to find the locations of overlapped vias (same net) as shown below?

Have you looked at the conversation 'How to create DRC marker to find overlapped via on Though pad?' to see if it's solution would work in your design?

although it is not thru pins, let me try this as bb vias can be similar with thru pins.
