Yes, the Symphony feature is available in under OrCAD X Professional license for OrCAD X Presto.
To access Symphony Management in OrCAD X Presto, users need:
-A valid entitlement for the cloud feature (POX1000 or POX2000) in the EMS portal and an additional POX9010 license along with the product license.

-Make sure user has a POX100/POX200/POX300 License along with cloud license bundled to it required for OrCAD-X cloud operations such as file sync to and from cloud.
Make sure user has a POX9010 Symphony License on stage cloud to share and connect to board designs via symphony cloud. Users without a cloud license cannot connect to the designs and cannot publish the designs in Symphony Management.
-POX200/POX300 users with POX2000 along with POX9010 licenses can publish the designs in Symphony Management.
-POX100 users with a cloud license POX1000 can only connect to Symphony Management, but cannot upload the designs in Symphony Management.
-POX300 is equivalent to POX200 from a cloud perspective, allowing the use of POX2000 as a cloud license.

In short, if the user who wants to connect to Symphony in the shared workspace only need a POX100/POX200/POX300 aling with the cloud bundle(POX1000/POX2000) license.
However, if user wants to publish their design on Symphony Cloud to share it with other users then they need a POX9010 license assigned to them on EMS portal.

This was some of the information regarding licenses to use Symphony feature available in OrCAD X Presto. I am also looking for the documentation for how to use symphony in OrCAD X Presto, I'll share you the links to it soon.
