Cadence 17.4 we using. Possible to do like this below image our allegro?

Yes you can, look at the 3d Canvas (view - 3d Canvas, you would need to map 3d step models to each PCB Footprint to see something like the above. There are more enhancements in the later versions of software (23.1 has a new 3d canvas) for example.
