Could you please walk me through the steps you took leading up to the error, so I can replicate and troubleshoot the issue at my end?

    Hi,

In Allegro X Designer 23.1(S007), I did following and got the error above. The error told me to go to the log file, which is empty. (I have checked that log file is working by doing another action such as Auto bundle)

A similar issue was previously reported by another user, and our investigation revealed that it typically occurs on systems that are missing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) package. To resolve this issue, we recommend installing this package. Please try installing it and let us know if this resolves the problem. We appreciate your update on the outcome, as it will help us to further assist you if needed.
