deleting via issue

hello:

 

i have been trying to delete vias but it gives me an error.

 

 

because of this, i can not delete this one gnd via.

 

 

 is a via supposed to be connected with a dangling line?

 

what prevents me from deleting this via?

    Hi Masa, During the move/delete command, in the Options tab select "Ripup etch". This should resolve the error.

    These errors generally occur when connectivity on existing CLINEs is not what is expected.  In many cases this error is the result of having overlapping or coincident cline segments.  So when there is a change to logic it will disconnect and attempt to re-connect attached CLINEs.  This process is what results in the error.

    It is better to use the rip-up option to correct the issue.
