Dear Community,

I am currently working on a PCB layout and need to modify the font style of the reference designators. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to achieve this efficiently.

Your prompt response would be highly valued, as this is an urgent requirement.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Regards,
Rohit Rohan

    Hi Rohit,

Regarding the font style used for reference designators, please note that it is currently set to a default style. However, you can modify the size, height, and other text parameters by navigating to Setup > Design Parameters > Text.

We have taken note of the request to enhance the functionality to allow editing of the font style used in silkscreen and other documentation. This feature request is taken into account and it will be considered for future releases.

If you are printing an assembly drawing with the assembly reference designators visible, you can change to use Windows fonts in the plot setup. This will use a Windows font in printed PDF's that are searchable on the PDF.
