Thermal relief on ORCAD pcb editor

Hi All i am in need of some help. I am trying to add thermal reliefs to my design. when i go to shapes and dynamic parameters i am able to apply thermal reliefs to smd pads and vias but only the vias get it as seen below; has anyone encountered this issue in the passed? or know what the problem might be?

    Hi AA, can you clarify if your problem is that "only" the vias get the thermal reliefs; and not the pins? Sorry but I wasn't quite sure from your description. Please note that it is possible for specific pins to have an assigned property that overrides the thermal relief setting for the shape. You can select pins and report using "Display Element" to check for this pin property: "Dyn_Thermal_Con_Type".

    Or to add it, simply select the pin and use the RMB popup menu to open "Property Edit". Add the property Dyn_Thermal_Con_Type to a pin. This can be done for a specific layer only or for all layers as shown below:
