How to make highlighted net pattern solid?

Hi, there is a setting to control this. Go to Setup > User Preferences.

In the search field search for font. Check the box Display_Nohilitefont, hit ok to save the preference. Go to View and choose Refresh to refresh the display.

What type is the net, Shape, Cline ?

I'm not able to see solid highlight on any Cline or net..what do you mean by what type it is, power or signal or gnd? 

On my system here nets highlight solid, 17.2, 17.4 allegro. You could try go to display cplor dialog. There is the temporary highlight color there. Down in the bottom right of the window there is swatches that allow stippling of the color, choose the blank swatch and a color of your choosing for the "Temporary Highlight"
