It does but not uisng that method. You have to create and apply the modules a different way. Look at YouTube Parsyseda channel and serach for Place Replicate which will show you the methods with an OrCAD license.

Thanks for your response. We have that place replicate option in OrCAD and we are using that in our board. But we could not find the attached option and we wanted to know whether the option "Module Instances" only available on Allegro license? And not on Orcad?

Yes you need an Allegro X Artist license or above to see this menu option.
