OrCAD X Group rotate while maintaining orientation

How do I rotate a group of parts and clines while maintaining orientation?  I no longer see user pick under options.

    In the Rotation section on the Option tab, I see 'User Pick' from Point dropdown menu in OrCAD X PCB Standard/Professional license as shown in the below image-

    Just to verify if you are referring to OrCAD X Presto here?
