Question

Hi, 
 
 I've few areas from importing EMN file where there is "PACKAGE_HEIGHT_MIN" property attached to them. I've Package Height property attached to symbols as well. Is there any way to check DRC between those two properties? .If I place any component in area of "PACKAGE_HEIGHT_MIN" = 0, I need DRC error,

Yes - Make sure the areas are Package_Keepout / Top or Bottom and assign the height property to them. For symbols again make sure that the Place_Bound_Top shape has the height property then you should see DRC errors. There is an app note with a bit more detail Height Definition in PCB Editor
