cross probing from orcad 22.1 to allegro 22.1 issue

First of all, I am a new user to Cadence, but have 25+ years of design experience with other software. When cross probing from Orcad to Allegro, I can grab any 2 pin part (resistor caps Diodes) and it will highlight and move the parts on the PCB. But it will not work with any parts with more than 2 SCH pins (IC's connectors Fets). If I highlight the multi pin parts on the PCB the SCH symbol highlight. so Board to Schematic works, but Schematic to Board seems to be restricted to 2 pin connections. Even a part that has 2 schematic pins but in a 3 pin package (sot23) can be highlighted. So it seems to be something to do with pin counts on the schematic. I have verified cross probing is enabled,  alegro_no_xprobe is NOT set to "yes". I have deleted the Allegro.ini and Cadence.ini files. Is here another setting somewhere?

I can confirm there is not such restriction. Something else must be happening in your setup.
